Consider Ordinance 2248, second reading, amending Chapter 27 of the Hurst Code of Ordinances, the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance by repealing Zoning Section 27-15 entitled Industrial, in its entirety, and by amending Section 27-21(i) Landscaping Table 21-2 Hurst General Plant List 6. Consider Ordinance 2250, second reading, amending City of Hurst Code of Ordinances, Chapter 4, Animal Control and Protection, Article III, Rabies Control, Sec. 4-20: Vaccinations, to accept either one (1) or three (3) year rabies vaccination schedule to control and eradicate rabies 7. Consider authorizing the 2014 Facility Utilization Agreements with Youth Sports and Umpire Associations
Consider approval of an Interlocal Agreement with the Northeast Fire Department Association (NEFDA) for the replacement of jointly-used emergency response equipment and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement

Consider authorizing a claim settlement agreement (Lonnie Allen) EXECUTIVE SESSION in Compliance With the Provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Law, Authorized by Government Code, Section 551.071 to consult with City Attorney to seek advice regarding Pending or Contemplated Litigation or Settlement Offers (Lonnie Allen) and Section 551.087 deliberation and conducting of economic development negotiations regarding financial information relative to prospective business expansion in the City and to reconvene in Open Session at the conclusion of the Executive Session.
