CONSENT AGENDA 2. Consider approval of the minutes for the September 11 and 19, 2018 City Council meetings 3. Consider authorizing the city manager to enter into a month-to-month Service Agreement with Strategic Custom Solutions for the Metiix data backup solution

EXECUTIVE SESSION in Compliance with the Provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Law, Authorized by Tex.Government Code 551.072 deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property (Animal Control Shelter) and 551.087 deliberation and conducting of economic development negotiations regarding financial information relative to prospective business expansion in the City and to reconvene in Open Session at the conclusion of the Executive Session 14. Take any and all action ensuing from Executive Session ADJOURNMENT
